Locals know that the Terminus has always been the footy pub you have when you don't really want a footy pub...but you do want to watch the footy.
We've only ever shown free to air games and we show them without the sound up. Let's face it, not everyone's into footy and our footy-conscious punters are happy to watch the footy without it dominating the whole room.
Of course, we make an exception for Anzac Day and Grand Final day. Footy dominates on these days, as everyone expects.
So the big news in 2012 is that we've now got FOX FOOTY. This means we can now show EVERY GAME, live, uninterrupted by ads.
And we've opened our upstairs sports bar. It's "a new breed of sports bar" - just a little bit fancy and a very comfortable place to watch sport on 2 big screens. It's open on Friday and Saturday evenings and the TV sound and commentary is on.##
Downstairs, things haven't changed...there's still no sound, the screens are big without dominating the room, and, thankfully, there is very rarely a footy bogan to be seen!!
So if you like footy but you're not a bogan, come on down.
