Beer and Beast Sunday Lunch an overwhelming success

English Leicester Lamb from Darnum in West Gippsland was the star of an array of Regional Victorian produce at last Sunday's Beer & Beast Roast lunch at the Terminus. 

Head Chef, Matt Merrick, created a stunning 4 course menu based around Regional Victorian produce. Each course was matched with beers from Regional Victorian microbreweries to create a unique and immensely satisfying Sunday lunch.

Jamie Cook, General Manager of Stone & Wood Brewery, was on hand to talk the diners through the beer menu so that everyone could make the most of their beer and beast experience. Our thanks to Jamie for his brilliant presentation.
