Matt Merrick is a chef going places. The combination of his fine dining background, his passion for pubs and his outstanding ability to present superb food makes him the ideal gastropub chef.
Matt's menu is based on the sort of things he likes to eat when he goes to the pub. For many, the superb range of prime quality, carefully sourced steaks is the menu's highlight. But there's more...... a range of bar snacks & starters, "pub meals", a superb meat and fish section and a selection of delightful desserts.

To complement our outstanding menu, we have an outstanding beer selection. There's 9 beers on tap plus a wide range of stubbies, specialising in beers from Australian (mainly Victorian) microbreweries.
In a similar vein, the wine list features smaller producers from Australia and New Zealand as well as some easily recognisable names.
