The Age (Melbourne) Magazine in Feb 2010 reviewed Melbourne's best Hot Chips. Inexplicably they did not mention ours!
They did ask for readers suggestions and some of these were printed in the March edition. No doubt many of our regular punters wrote in to advise them of the outrageously yummy chips at the Terminus, but the correspondent they chose to quote was David Albion, who noted that "the pub chip is back with a vengeance" then described the "the fine examples of crisp, golden and crunchy delights" that are served up from the kitchen of Matt Merrick.
Matt has spent many hours of testing, perfecting his chips, so thanks to David for recognising the magnificent result of his labours.
